This template is fully functional immediately. All you need to do after uploading it is select your "gadgets," and add your links to the linkbars, if you decide to use them that is. And all of this can be done without having to use an HTML editor, or even look at the code at all.

Editing the layout can be done directly from the "Page Elements," sub-category within Blogger Dashboard's "Design," tab.
